Setup

Heroes

1. Choose heroes - take their cards and miniatures.
2. Place all heroes in Azyr.

Chaos Champions

1. Shuffle Chaos Cards and place on the Chaos Deck space.
2. Put 3 of each type of Chaos Champion in the bag.
3. Draw 1 Chaos Champion from the bag for each Stronghold and place them.
4. Roll the Quest Die for each champion and move them along the arrows.
5. Place all remaining Chaos Champions in the bag.

Board

1. Shuffle Quest Cards and place them around the board.
2. Place Gateway Shards on the undiscovered Gateway Shards area of the board.

Difficulty

• Standard or Heroic: Set the Reforgings Tracker to full.
• Intro: Omit the Reforgings Tracker and remove Mark of Chaos cards.

Begin Game

Objectives

WIN: Place three Gateway Shards in Whispering Keep.

LOSE:

• Intro (Chaos Ascendant): No Chaos cards remain when one must be drawn.
• Standard (A Reforging Too Far): The Reforgings Tracker reaches 0.
• Heroic (Godly Supremacy): Six Chaos Champions of the same type are on the board at once.
