If a zombie is present, you MUST melee attack it:

If no zombie is present, you may:

End of Turn: Search the Store

  1. Flip up your face-down Search Card.
    • If it is a pickup item: resolve it immediately, then discard.
    • Otherwise: drop it (can be picked up on a future action).
  2. Replace it with a new face-down Search Card.
  3. Spawn zombies based on the card's entrance symbol:
    • If the card matches your current store's symbol: add two zombies in each store with that symbol.
    • Otherwise: add one zombie in each store with that symbol.

Zombie Spawning Rules

Zombies always start in the lowest numbered room of their store.

Zombie Enters a Corner Store and Can't:

  1. Go to the next store clockwise.
  2. If still can't, go to the courtyard:
    • Reduce the barricade by 1.
    • If barricade reaches 0: remove a survivor and reset to 2.
    • If barricade reaches 0 and no survivors remain: LOSE.

Supply Token

Carrying a supply token to the courtyard's central space:

  1. Advance barricade marker 2 spaces.

  3. Return supply token to its original spot.
