Difficulty Adjustments
Easier:
- Play with The Dragonling module.
- Play with Inspiration Powers module.
- Play with Fatigue track instead of timer. (BGG fan variant)
- Check for wounds and defeat while moving battle markers instead of after. (BGG house rule)
- Exhaust two dice to heal 1 HP. (BGG house rule)
- Exhaust replaced dice instead of discarding them. (House rule)
- Allow sets to be split when rerolling. (House rule)
- Draw two inspiration cards instead of one. (House rule)
Harder:
- Play with Shields module.
- Play with Chariots module.
- Play with Conspirators module.
- Play with Sun and Moon module.
- Use timer - one-minute limit for rerolling.
- Allow enemies to gain 1 or more shields. (BGG house rule)
