How to Play
Draw top Room Tile and place it so that doors align with adjacent doors. (Door cannot align with wall.)
Place matching color Fire Die with matching face up. If no pips shown, do not place a die.
Draw a token from the bag and place it on the room tile.
If first round, repeat this process one more time.
If last room in stack AND has an open door to the outside, place Dinghy Card outside door.
Each costs 1 Action Token. Any remaining Action Tokens are passed to next player. Borrowed tokens return to their owner.
If Looting (carrying Treasure), can only Walk, Rest, or Swap Item.

| Move | Walk = move through a door and check for fatigue. Run = move through two doors and check for fatigue in both rooms. Add 2 extra fatigue. Checking for fatigue:

| Fight Fires | Lower fire level by 1 (remove die if reduced to 0). |
| Eliminate a Deckhand | Remove 1 Deckhand from current or adjacent room. |
| Pick up a Token | 1 Action = 1 token. Can only carry 1 Treasure (Looting), but any number of other items. Can drop any item freely without spending Actions. If item is Cutlass, place on lowest-numbered empty Battle Track. Can be inserted before Battle Token -- move BT up. |
| Rest | Lower fatigue level by 2. |
| Increase Your Battle Strength | Move Battle Marker up by 1 space. |
| Swap Your Item Card | Replace Item Card with one from table or from another Pirate. If taking from other Pirate, he/she may immediately take a new Item Card for free. |
| Use an Item Card | If Item Card costs an Action, will show gold coin. |
| Load a Cannon | Place cannon at front of ship in current column. |
| Close a Trapdoor | Flip trapdoor token to closed side. |
| Chop Tentacles | Fight tentacles in current column.

Draw and resolve top Skelit's Revenge Card.
| Fire Effects: | All dice on the ship that match the color and number of the dice on the card are increased by 1. If Pirate in room when fire level increases, Fatigue increases by 1. If card shows blank die, add a new die (value 1) of that color to all rooms that don't currently have a die. Powder Keg Explosion: If a die in a room with a Powder Keg reaches the keg's number, it explodes.
Room Explosion: If die becomes 6, room explodes.

| Deckhand Effects: | Add: Add one Deckhand to every room with a trapdoor icon. Spread Out: Add one Deckhand to every room that meets all criteria:

| Skeleton Crew Effects: | If card shows Skeleton Crew, all Skeletons move one room toward nearest Pirate. If entering room with Pirate, they fight. |
